aayla-secura-vintage-collection-clone-wars-vc217
Star Wars The Vintage Collection – Aayla Secura (Clone Wars) VC217 (2021 Hasbro)

For collectors who grew up with Genndy Tartakovsky's bold, kinetic 2003–2005 Star Wars: Clone Wars micro-series, VC217 Aayla Secura is a long-overdue tribute. Released in 2021 as part of Hasbro's Walmart-exclusive 50th Anniversary Lucasfilm sub-line within The Vintage Collection, this figure directly succeeds the earlier VC58 release with retooled articulation and soft-goods robes — a meaningful upgrade that the original card never offered.

The card itself is a collector centerpiece: a black Kenner-style backer bearing Tartakovsky-inspired animated artwork of Aayla in combat pose, framed by the iconic Clone Wars logo. The reverse features the gold 50th Anniversary Lucasfilm Ltd. medallion, a Lucasfilm timeline spanning 1971–2021, and artwork depicting Aayla alongside other Clone Wars characters. Item number VC217 is printed top-right of the card back. The figure arrives carded in vintage condition, with the bubble intact and the card showing wear consistent with a Walmart retail release — a known characteristic of this exclusive that MOC collectors should note when evaluating display suitability.

VC217 pairs naturally with other figures in the 50th Anniversary Lucasfilm sub-line and fills a genuine gap in any Vintage Collection Clone Wars display. The Tartakovsky aesthetic sets it apart visually from the mainline TVC releases, making it a standout on any MOC wall. Whether you're building a complete run of animated-era Vintage Collection cards or adding a key Jedi to your Clone Wars roster, this Walmart exclusive remains one of the more character-specific releases the sub-line produced.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0832/2596/8956/files/image_001_5bec9822-beab-4bb8-b111-c0d07d6bc4ef.jpg?v=1792089026
