fear-xs-02-assault-type-battle-for-stars-1-25
Battle for the Stars Fear XS-02 Assault Type 1/25 Scale Action Figure

Rooted in the hard military sci-fi world of Battle for the Stars, the Fear XS-02 Assault Type is JOYTOY's most accessory-loaded mech release in the Fear XS line. Set against a 22nd-century interstellar conflict narrative, this sandy desert-tan exosuit cuts an imposing silhouette with its heavily armored torso block, articulated wheeled feet, integrated sensor suite, and a rear power pack bristling with detail — caution markings, ventilation grilles, and faction decals all printed cleanly at 1/25 scale. For collectors who gravitate toward military mecha with real tactical credibility, the XS-02 Assault Type stands apart from earlier Fear XS releases with its expanded loadout and deployable drone accessory.

This figure arrives factory sealed and measures 5.35 inches (13.6 cm) tall. The fully articulated plastic construction includes multiple swappable hand sets across three pairs, two distinct firearms — a large assault rifle with a prominent red magazine canister and a compact sidearm — plus a full set of motorcycle parts that assemble into a 1/25-scale scout bike compatible with separately sold pilot figures. The included drone features a clear display arm for dynamic aerial deployment poses, and the display base with stand allows stable dynamic positioning. The chest cavity opens to reveal a detailed interior cockpit, a hallmark of JOYTOY's mech engineering at this scale.

The Fear XS-02 Assault Type slots into the growing Fear XS mech lineup alongside the green XS-03 and the dark XS-01 variants, making it the natural centerpiece of a desert-theater diorama. Its interchangeable armor panels and hand options give customizers genuine flexibility, while the sheer part count rewards patient builders. Whether displayed in a crouched action pose with the drone aloft or standing alongside infantry figures, this release delivers exceptional detail density for the price point and scale.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0832/2596/8956/files/image_001_b01d7dc6-72ba-4d28-80fb-5a5c1dc69922.jpg?v=1793900936
