This Mattel Creations exclusive Elite Collection figure exists solely to commemorate that landmark night, making it one of the most event-specific releases in the entire Elite line and an essential pickup for any serious CM Punk collector.

The figure captures Punk in his exact return look: white t-shirt and jeans, the outfit burned into the memory of everyone who watched that night live. Mattel's TRUE FX tattoo-detail technology brings his sleeve work to life with a level of accuracy that separates this release from standard mainline Elite figures. The window box itself is an event — the WarGames cage structure forms the backdrop behind the figure, the base panel carries the Chicago star logo, and the reverse features a full-bleed photo of Punk seated inside the cage at the actual PLE, flanked by the iconic "Hell Froze Over" tagline. This is a factory-sealed piece presented in excellent collectible condition.

As a Mattel Creations-exclusive drop, this figure sits firmly above the standard retail Elite tier — it was a limited online release tied to a single cultural moment rather than a recurring wave slot. Collectors building a complete CM Punk shelf will find this fills a specific gap that no mainline figure covers: the return, not the reign. Its packaging alone functions as a display piece, and the event-specific accessories and design choices reward the kind of collector who wants the story behind the plastic, not just the plastic itself.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0832/2596/8956/files/image_001_11a02e84-ff04-4446-9d81-a7a03f26bf37.jpg?v=1790620056
https://www.jaystoysandgames.com/products/wwe-elite-collection-cm-punk-mattel-creations-exclusive-survivor-series-wargames-2023-return
