Jakks Pacific's Road to WrestleMania sub-line was built specifically around the card and storylines leading to that showcase event, and this Series 1 release puts Mysterio front and center as the line's marquee babyface. It's an event-specific figure that ties directly to a landmark night, making it a meaningful piece for any collector focused on that era of WWE.

The figure presents Mysterio in his iconic blue and teal ring gear from 2005–2006, complete with his 619-emblazoned top and lucha mask. It is vintage and presented on its original black arch-shaped card, which remains intact with the WrestleMania 22 logo prominently displayed. The card back (Asst. #91534) lays out the full Series 1 lineup — Kurt Angle, Chris Benoit, John Cena, Eddie Guerrero, Rey Mysterio, and Shawn Michaels — and cross-promotes Deluxe Aggression Series 1, making the back itself a snapshot of the mid-2000s WWE roster at its peak depth.

For collectors building out a Jakks Pacific WWE run, this figure sits at a compelling intersection: event-specific packaging, a historically significant character moment, and a line that has drawn consistent comparison to later Mattel releases of Mysterio in the same gear. The Road to WrestleMania series was a short-lived event sub-line, and Series 1 examples in original packaging are increasingly scarce. Whether displayed alongside other WrestleMania 22 pieces or as part of a broader Jakks WWE collection, this is a hard-to-overlook vintage addition.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0832/2596/8956/files/image_001_e87fb5d3-1983-4695-bd99-e545ad5cc02c.jpg?v=1790957603
https://www.jaystoysandgames.com/products/wwe-road-to-wrestlemania-22-rey-mysterio-series-1-2005-jakks-pacific
