Lost packages: If your tracking shows your package never arrived, we'll replace it or refund you immediately. No waiting on carrier investigations that take weeks to resolve.
Transit damage: Crushed boxes, broken packaging, damaged figures—if it happens before delivery, we've got you covered. We understand that for collectors, packaging condition matters just as much as the figure itself.
Priority handling: Your order gets packed first, with extra attention to protective materials and careful handling. This isn't just faster service—it's better service.
What's Not Covered (And Why)
We believe in transparency, so let's be clear about what Collector Care™ doesn't cover:
Already-damaged items: Items sold as "Damaged Box," "Store Display," or any condition other than "New" aren't eligible. If you're buying a figure that's already marked as damaged, Collector Care™ won't apply to existing damage—only to new damage during shipping.
Porch piracy: Once a carrier marks your package as "Delivered," our protection ends. Theft after delivery isn't something we can control, but we recommend using delivery instructions, signature requirements, or secure pickup locations if porch theft is common in your area.
Carrier delays: Weather, natural disasters, carrier capacity issues—these are outside our control. Collector Care™ accelerates our handling and processing, but it doesn't make delivery trucks drive faster or control external shipping delays.
Expedited shipping: This is important to understand. Collector Care™ gets your order packed and shipped faster, but it doesn't upgrade your shipping speed. If you selected standard shipping, your package still travels via standard shipping. Think of it this way: we get it out the door faster, but the mail truck still moves at the same speed.
