We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International customers may contact us directly for ordering options.
Domestic Shipping Options
We offer USPS and UPS shipping services. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.

USPS Ground Advantage: 5–8 business days on average

USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days on average

UPS Ground: 3–5 business days on average
Customers can select their preferred shipping service at checkout.
Flat Rate Collector Shipping
Orders with a subtotal greater than $200 qualify for $7.95 Flat Rate Collector Shipping. All other orders are charged based on calculated carrier rates plus handling fees.
Calculated Shipping
For orders not eligible for flat rate, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and chosen carrier.
Collector Care Service Add-On
For $2.50 per order, Rush & Protect provides:

Priority Processing: Your order is prioritized ahead of standard orders during our business hours (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4 PM).

Shipping Protection: Covers loss or damage during transit. If the exact item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.
Rush & Protect Exclusions:

Items sold as “Damaged Box,” “Store Display,” or any condition other than “New”

Theft after carrier confirms delivery

Carrier delays not related to damage or loss

Faster carrier transit times (Rush & Protect speeds up order handling, not carrier delivery)
Rush & Protect is optional and is not an insurance policy. It supplements your existing rights under applicable law.
Large Item Disclaimer
Certain large or oversized items may be charged a different shipping rate based on their size and weight. These items may be excluded from all shipping promotions, including flat rate or discounted rates, at our discretion. The shipping cost displayed at checkout is accurate for these items.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method and destination.
International Orders
We do not process international orders through our website. International customers may contact us via the website contact form or email info@jaystoysandgames.com for a PayPal invoice and shipping arrangements.
