1. placing a preorder:

• Simply add the preorder item(s) to your cart and complete the checkout process. You will be charged at the time of placing the order.

• If you are ordering both in-stock and preorder items in the same order, please note that the entire order will not be shipped until all items are available. We recommend placing two separate orders for preorder items and in-stock items to avoid delays in receiving your in-stock products.

2. estimated release dates:

• The release date provided is an estimate from the manufacturer. While we strive to keep these dates accurate, please be aware that delays can happen beyond our control.

• We will update the product page with any changes to the expected release date.

3. payment:

• Prepayment is required to secure your preorder. This ensures that your item is reserved and will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.

• For orders containing both in-stock and preorder items, the total will be charged at checkout.

4. shipping:

• Preorder items will be shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.

• If you’ve ordered both in-stock and preorder items, your order will not be shipped until all items are available. We recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and preorder items to avoid delays.

5. cancellations and refunds

• You may cancel your preorder at any time before the item has been shipped. Please note that cancellations will incur a 10% restocking fee.

• In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your preorder due to supplier issues or other circumstances, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued without any fees.
