Preorder Policy

Overview

Jay’s Toys and Games allows customers to secure upcoming items with no deposit required. Preorders placed through our website will not be charged until the item is ready to ship.

Payment Terms

• Preorders placed online require no upfront payment.
• Your payment method will be charged only when the preorder item is ready for fulfillment.
• You will receive a notification prior to your card being charged.

Mixed Cart & Order Shipping Policy

To ensure the best experience when placing orders that contain both in-stock and preorder items, please review the following:

• Orders containing both in-stock items and preorder items will not ship until all items in the order are available and ready to fulfill.
• In-stock items will be held and shipped together with preorder items once the preorder becomes available.
• To avoid delays on in-stock items, we strongly recommend placing separate orders — one for in-stock items and one for preorder items.
• Estimated ship dates for preorder items are listed on each product page. We recommend reviewing these dates before placing a combined order.
• Jay’s Toys and Games is not responsible for delays to in-stock items caused by a customer placing them in the same order as preorder items.

Cancellation Terms

• You may cancel your preorder at any time before it is charged and prepared for shipment with no penalty.
• Once your order has been charged and shipped, cancellations will incur a 10% cancellation/restocking fee.
• Returns for preorder items after shipment are accepted in accordance with our return policy, with return shipping costs paid by the customer.

Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to ban or refuse future service to any customer we believe is engaging in cancellation or return abuse, including excessive or repeated order cancellations.

Product Changes and Delays

• If significant changes occur to the product (e.g., substantial design alterations), we will notify you and provide the option to cancel before charging.
• If release dates are delayed, your preorder will remain active unless you choose to cancel before fulfillment.

Store Rights

Jay’s Toys and Games reserves the right to:

• Limit preorder quantities per customer
• Cancel any preorder in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations
• Modify this policy with notice to affected customers
