We move fast β like βrefreshing tracking before the label ink driesβ fast. Most in-stock orders placed before 4 PM CST ship the same day, even during holiday chaos. Weβre centrally located in Iowa (AKA the sweet spot for coast-to-coast shipping), so your order usually hits your doorstep in 1β5 business days depending on where you live. East Coast? 2β4 days. West Coast? 3β6. Midwest? Blink and itβs there.

Everything ships from our central Iowa warehouse β right in the middle of the country for faster transit times in every direction. Weβre not drop-shipping from random third-party warehouses; weβve got hands-on control from the moment itβs pulled from the shelf to the second itβs handed to UPS or USPS.

Youβve got 30 days from delivery to decide if itβs true love. If itβs not, send it back in the same condition you got it, and weβll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit β whichever works best for you.
Mint-in-box collectors: if the box isnβt up to your standard, we get it. Damaged in transit? Weβll fix it. Changed your mind? No shame β it happens to us, too.

Right now, we ship anywhere in the U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO). International shipping is on our radar, but weβd rather wait until we can do it at collector-grade quality β no surprise fees, no customs headaches, and the same minty-fresh arrival we promise our U.S. customers.

Calling dibs costs you $0 today β we only charge your card when it ships. That way youβre not stuck in βI paid months agoβ limbo. Mixing in-stock + pre-orders? Weβll hold the order until everythingβs here (pro tip: split them into separate orders so your in-stock stuff ships right away). Dates can shift β weβll update you faster than Spider-Man slings webs. If we ever canβt deliver (rare), youβre not charged a dime.

Contact us as soon as humanly possible. Once an order ships, itβs locked in. Pre-orders have their own cancellation rules, but if we havenβt processed it yet, weβll do our best to make it happen.
