Talia Al Ghul is one of the most sought-after characters in McFarlane Toys' Target-exclusive Batman: The Animated Series revival — a supporting character with virtually no modern mass-market figure history before this release. As Wave 7, slot 3 of 4, she sits alongside Robin, Harvey Bullock, and the Ventriloquist w/ Scarface in a wave that BTAS completionists need in full to unlock the Rene Montoya Collect to Build figure. Her scarcity at retail, driven by Target's notoriously thin allocation of this line, makes finding her sealed and complete a genuine challenge for collectors.
This example presents in vintage condition in its original collector-grade window box — the red and blue BTAS-themed packaging is intact with the large front display window showing Talia and the Rene Montoya lower-body BAF piece clearly. The rear cardback lays out the full four-figure wave diagram with numbered slots, Rene Montoya articulation breakdown, and the trilingual "Collect Them All" footer.
