Marvel Legends Retro Collection Spider-Man – Gwen Stacy Action Figure (2020 Hasbro)
Civilian characters rarely generate the collector buzz that Gwen Stacy did when Hasbro revealed the 2020 Spider-Man Vintage Marvel Legends wave. Having sat absent from the Legends roster for years, her inclusion alongside Spider-Man, Peter Parker, Marvel's Electro, Green Goblin, and Daredevil made this wave an instant target for Spider-Man completionists. The retro-styled packaging — a deliberate homage to the classic Toy Biz 1990s animated-series cards — gives the set a distinctive shelf presence that sets it apart from standard Legends releases.
This example is a vintage carded piece. The card presents the signature deep-purple cityscape background with the bold yellow 1990s "Spider-Man" logo, the orange comic-art character inset naming "Gwen Stacy," and the full-colour "Also Look For" banner on the multilingual reverse. The bubble is intact and secure, housing the Gwen Stacy figure in her green coat and purple skirt, an alternate red-haired head sculpt, a teal handbag accessory, and a Daily Bugle newspaper accessory — all factory-sealed within the original blister.
