Fox Kids Saturday-morning devotees and Sinister Six display builders, this one's for you. Hasbro's 2025 Walmart exclusive drops Quentin Beck into the Marvel Legends Retro Card sub-line, wrapping a modern 6-inch Legends figure in deep-purple cardback graphics lifted straight from the beloved 1990s Toy Biz Spider-Man: The Animated Series aesthetic — yellow Spider-Man logo, animated-series artwork, and the classic "Marvel Comics" corner badge. Compared to the 2020 retro Mysterio, this release makes a strong case as an upgrade, centered on the new pearly white opaque fishbowl dome, sharper sculpted body paint deco, and a more generous accessory pack.
This card is in collectible-ready condition, presenting a vibrant, color-saturated front with the figure and all accessories fully visible through a clean, secure blister. The cardback is flat with strong corners and legible multilingual bio text. Packed inside are the Mysterio figure with his signature green-and-gold costume, a Quentin Beck unmasked head sculpt accurate to the animated series, a translucent red skull alternate head, and pink translucent smoke effect pieces. Collectors should note the community-documented cape gap is present on this version as well — a known characteristic of the mold.
