This is a vintage carded example presented on its original retro blister card. The purple card is in solid display shape, with the animated-style character art, period-accurate "Marvel Comics / Spider-Man" logo treatment, and the red-burst "Marvel's Sandman" nameplate all presenting cleanly. The clear plastic bubble remains intact and seated firmly against the card.
