We don’t dropship, full stop. Every case comes from the distributor or the manufacturer straight to our warehouse, where someone who actually collects this stuff signs for it and counts it in. If it’s on the site, it’s in our building.

Every item gets looked over by hand.
Cases get opened and every piece gets the once-over a collector gives their own stuff: box, seals, corners, windows, all graded against the same in-house scale by every person on the receiving team. Anything with damage gets pulled and kept apart so it never sneaks into a listing that says mint. What you see on the page is what we saw on the table.

Listed once it’s cleared. Not a minute before.
Nothing goes live until it’s been through processing. So when the site says in stock, that’s a count off our own shelf, checked by a person, not a feed from a warehouse we’ve never set foot in.

Then it gets a home on the shelf.
Every item goes into its own labeled slot in the warehouse and stays there, stored right, until it’s yours. It’s how we find your order in seconds on the day you place it, and how it doesn’t get beat up while it waits.

When your order comes in, we pull it from the shelf and give it one more look to make sure nothing changed while it sat. Then every item gets bubble-wrapped on its own and packed with high-quality void fill so nothing shifts in the box. Fewer than 1% of items arrive damaged.
