1. Placing a Preorder: Add the preorder item(s) to your cart and check out. You will be charged at the time of placing the order. If you order both in-stock and preorder items together, the entire order will ship once all items are available. We recommend placing separate orders to avoid delays.
2. Estimated Release Dates: Release dates are estimates from the manufacturer and may change. We will update the product page with any changes.
3. Payment: Prepayment is required to secure your preorder, and the total will be charged at checkout.
4. Shipping: Preorder items ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. For orders with both in-stock and preorder items, the whole order will ship once everything is available. Separate orders are recommended to avoid delays.
5. Cancellations: Cancel anytime before shipment, subject to a 10% restocking fee. If we can’t fulfill your preorder, you will receive a full refund without any fees.
