If Your Package Runs Late
We're conservative with our shipping deadlines because we'd rather under-promise and over-deliver than vice versa.
If we said it would arrive before Christmas and it doesn't, here's what we'll do:
- Refund your shipping fee via store credit (just ask)
- Or, if you don't want the items anymore, we'll send you a prepaid return label
But here's what needs to be true for that to apply:
- You picked a shipping method that specifically stated delivery before Christmas
- Your payment went through without drama (multiple declines or delayed resubmissions can push your order back)
- Your payment didn't trigger fraud checks that delayed processing
- The carrier either attempted delivery by Christmas OR offered you a delivery appointment before the 25th (both count as "on time" in our book)
- No "act of carrier gods" situations happened—severe weather, natural disasters, or other service events that are genuinely out of everyone's control
Bottom line: We'll do everything we can to get your gifts there on time. But if you're ordering something mission-critical for December 25th, play it safe and choose expedited shipping with plenty of buffer time. Your sanity (and ours) will thank you.
