Articulated Icons: The Feudal Series – Basic Ninja (Brown) (2020 Fwoosh)

The Articulated Icons Feudal Series holds a genuine place in indie collector history — born from a 2015 Fwoosh Kickstarter that helped define direct-to-fan boutique toy culture, it delivered premium 1/12-scale articulation and deep parts interoperability when the mainstream six-inch market rarely bothered. The Brown colorway arrived in a later production wave, expanding beyond the original Black, Red, and White Deluxe Kickstarter releases. Its muted earth-tone deco has made it a favourite among diorama photographers and custom builders who prize natural palettes — and its lower distribution compared to the inaugural colorways makes sealed examples genuinely harder to find.

This example is presented in the original retail window box — white with full-color illustrated packaging and the iconic blood-brushstroke Feudal Series logo on the spine. The front window tray displays the figure in full earth-tone glory, undisplayed since production. The back panel carries the "collect them all" layout showing Brown, Green, Purple, and Grey Basic Ninja variants alongside accessories callouts; the side panel features the character's first-person prose bio and SKU code BNBRN. Per our in-house assessment, the box shows minor shelf-wear consistent with vintage storage, and the top-right corner on the front has a slight rip and wrinkle — the window and tray are otherwise intact and the figure inside remains undisplayed.
