Eastman and Laird's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles – Ultimate Bodycount Casey Jones (2025 NECA)
Few characters in the original Mirage Comics run carry as much raw energy as Casey Jones, and this NECA Ultimate Bodycount release draws directly from the gritty "Body Count" story arc — one of the darkest, most visceral chapters in Eastman and Laird's black-and-white universe. It's a must-have for collectors building out NECA's ongoing Mirage-era Ultimate line, and represents a meaningful step up from prior Casey Jones releases in terms of both sculpt fidelity and articulation range.
The figure arrives in factory-sealed condition inside NECA's signature gatefold collector packaging, whose newsprint-parchment texture pays deliberate homage to the original Mirage Comics aesthetic. The interior gatefold opens to reveal comic-panel-style photo artwork displaying the figure in full-body and dynamic action poses. The sculpt itself is notably beefier and more heavily muscled than previous Casey Jones figures, faithful to the exaggerated proportions of the source artwork. The standout deco detail is the American-flag-patterned mask — a Bodycount-arc-specific feature that instantly distinguishes this release on any shelf. Accessories visible in the clamshell tray include a baseball bat, a hockey stick, a golf club, and red hockey gloves.
Within NECA's Mirage-era Ultimate sub-line, this release joins figures that prioritize comic accuracy over cartoon nostalgia, making it ideal for collectors focused on the original Eastman and Laird continuity. The enhanced articulation opens up a wide range of dynamic display poses, and the gatefold packaging makes for a striking presentation whether kept sealed or opened for display. Collectors drawn to dark, street-level storytelling and faithful comic adaptations will find this one of the most character-specific Casey Jones figures produced to date.

Every review here is Judge.me–verified — no cherry-picking, no edits. Just collectors who got their figures mint instead of mangled, and came back to say so.
Jays is my first stop in collecting. I preorder things through Walmart, Amazon, Hasbro Pulse, etc., but Jays always seem to get the items and either meet or beat the other companies pricing. I always end up cancelling my pre-orders and going with Jays. Better selection, price and MUCH MUCH better shipping quality. You can't even compare anyone else's shipping and packing to Jays. And that's why Jay's blows them all out of the water.
Great fast shipping, packaging with care. I am definitely buying from Jay's again! Such peace of mind knowing my items will arrive minty. 5 stars!
Perfect and careful packaging, shipped super quick. Thank you, will definitely be following the store!
Didn't pull any punches in item description. Came extremely fast and well packed. Extremely happy being a first time buyer! Thank you.
I've been buying from Jay's for a while now and I am never disappointed with the experience. Prices that can't be beat, easy PayPal option, and lots of bubble wrap surrounding the products. The fact that they go out of their way to make consumers happy keeps me coming back.
This is my 3rd or 4th time I have ordered from Jay's. The orders are always correct and arrive pretty quick and packaged extremely well. Best in the industry.

Yep. We’ve been hunting plastic treasures since the ‘90s. We speak fluent collector (MOC, BAF, grail hunting), we’ve camped outside stores for midnight releases, and we run this place like the shop we always wished existed. Professional enablers at your service. 😎
30 days to decide if it’s true love. Not happy? Full refund to your original payment method. Damaged? We replace or refund fast. Just keep items in the condition you got them, and we’ll make it right — because the only drama in collecting should be choosing a display pose. One exception: trading card game product is final sale, since a sealed box can’t be verified once it leaves our hands.
Calling dibs costs you $0 today — we only charge your card when it ships. No awkward “I paid months ago” limbo. Mixing in-stock + pre-orders? In-stock ships now; pre-orders ship together once the last one lands, and shipping’s charged on each leg (pro tip: check ship dates before combining pre-orders). Dates can shift — we’ll keep you posted faster than Spider-Man slings webs. And if we ever can’t deliver (rare), you’re not charged a dime.
