Cremator Series II Action Figure — Chaos! Comics (1998 Moore Action Collectibles)
Hell's Guardian is one of the most sought-after survivors from the late-1990s indie comics collectible boom. Moore Action Collectibles — founded by sculptor Clayburn Moore — produced premium, adult-targeted figures tied to Chaos! Comics at a time when mass-market toy lines ignored the "bad girl" scene entirely. Series II went beyond the flagship wave to spotlight supporting characters, making the Cremator a genuine rarity: a secondary Chaos! universe character produced in far smaller numbers than Lady Death or Purgatori and distributed exclusively through specialty comic and hobby shops.
This example is presented in its original vintage carded condition on the iconic black illustrated cardback, complete with full-bleed Chaos! Comics artwork and item number CM9007. The large rigid clamshell blister remains heat-sealed and attached, though it shows pronounced amber yellowing across the sides and base — entirely consistent with specimens of this age. Top corners of the card display creasing, wrinkling, and some tearing. The Shiflett Brothers sculpt credit appears prominently on the card front, a meaningful draw for sculpture-focused collectors. All four weapons — the mace, sword, battle axe, and Chaos! emblem shield — are confirmed present inside the blister.
