G.I. Joe Classified Series Retro Collection Anthony "Flash" Gambello Action Figure
Anthony "Flash" Gambello holds a special place in G.I. Joe history as one of the original 13 members of the team — the squad's dedicated Laser Rifle Trooper with a secondary specialty in Electronics CBR. This Classified Series Retro Collection release brings Flash into the modern 6-inch, 1:12 scale format while honoring the classic look that defined him from day one: the distinctive red quilted chest armor and knee pads, olive drab uniform, and the iconic XMLR-1A laser rifle system that made him instantly recognizable on shelves in 1982.
This factory sealed figure delivers premium deco and paint detail well above the vintage original, with multiple points of articulation that let collectors recreate virtually any combat pose. Flash comes equipped with his signature XMLR-1A Laser Rifle connected via tube to the detailed backpack power pack — the full laser trooper loadout — plus a sidearm pistol, removable helmet with visor, and a figure display base. The Retro Collection packaging presents the figure on a card styled after the classic blister format, complete with the original filecard on the back referencing Flash's birthplace of Lodi, CA and his pursuit of a Master's degree in electronic engineering.
As part of the G.I. Joe Classified Series Retro Collection, Flash pairs naturally with other original-13 members already in the line, making this an essential addition for anyone building a definitive 6-inch Joe roster. The display base keeps him shelf-ready in any number of dynamic stances, while the full laser trooper gear set makes this a satisfying out-of-box display piece for vintage fans and modern collectors alike.

Every review here is Judge.me–verified — no cherry-picking, no edits. Just collectors who got their figures mint instead of mangled, and came back to say so.
Jays is my first stop in collecting. I preorder things through Walmart, Amazon, Hasbro Pulse, etc., but Jays always seem to get the items and either meet or beat the other companies pricing. I always end up cancelling my pre-orders and going with Jays. Better selection, price and MUCH MUCH better shipping quality. You can't even compare anyone else's shipping and packing to Jays. And that's why Jay's blows them all out of the water.
Great fast shipping, packaging with care. I am definitely buying from Jay's again! Such peace of mind knowing my items will arrive minty. 5 stars!
Perfect and careful packaging, shipped super quick. Thank you, will definitely be following the store!
Didn't pull any punches in item description. Came extremely fast and well packed. Extremely happy being a first time buyer! Thank you.
I've been buying from Jay's for a while now and I am never disappointed with the experience. Prices that can't be beat, easy PayPal option, and lots of bubble wrap surrounding the products. The fact that they go out of their way to make consumers happy keeps me coming back.
This is my 3rd or 4th time I have ordered from Jay's. The orders are always correct and arrive pretty quick and packaged extremely well. Best in the industry.

Yep. We’ve been hunting plastic treasures since the ‘90s. We speak fluent collector (MOC, BAF, grail hunting), we’ve camped outside stores for midnight releases, and we run this place like the shop we always wished existed. Professional enablers at your service. 😎
30 days to decide if it’s true love. Not happy? Full refund to your original payment method. Damaged? We replace or refund fast. Just keep items in the condition you got them, and we’ll make it right — because the only drama in collecting should be choosing a display pose. One exception: trading card game product is final sale, since a sealed box can’t be verified once it leaves our hands.
Calling dibs costs you $0 today — we only charge your card when it ships. No awkward “I paid months ago” limbo. Mixing in-stock + pre-orders? In-stock ships now; pre-orders ship together once the last one lands, and shipping’s charged on each leg (pro tip: check ship dates before combining pre-orders). Dates can shift — we’ll keep you posted faster than Spider-Man slings webs. And if we ever can’t deliver (rare), you’re not charged a dime.
