Marvel Comics Ghost Rider Deluxe Edition – Vengeance (Glow-in-the-Dark Features) (1995 Toy Biz)
For fans of Marvel's early-90s supernatural era, Vengeance is one of the most compelling — and harder-to-find — figures in Toy Biz's Ghost Rider Deluxe Edition lineup. Introduced in the Spirits of Vengeance comic run as former NYPD Lieutenant Michael Badilino, Vengeance was a darker, more savage counterpart to Ghost Rider, and Toy Biz gave the character the full oversized treatment in 1995 with this 10-inch Deluxe Edition release. It remains one of the more character-specific collectibles in the line, making it a standout piece for both Ghost Rider completists and mid-90s Marvel toy collectors.
This is a vintage carded example in the bold purple box-style packaging that defined Toy Biz's mid-90s Marvel output. The box features the iconic Ghost Rider flame logo, "Deluxe Edition" badge, and the "Flame Glow Details" callout — a signature glow-in-the-dark feature applied to the figure's exposed skeletal ribcage and bone detailing, which gives it exceptional shelf presence. The figure itself is fully poseable at 10 inches tall and includes an accessory. The purple window-box card displays vivid comic art imagery of Vengeance on both side panels, and an original Toys R Us price sticker is visible on the side panel — a charming period-authentic detail. The reverse promotes the full Deluxe Edition 10" Ghost Rider lineup alongside the six-figure 5" wave.
As one of only three figures in the Deluxe Edition 10" format — alongside Ghost Rider and Blaze — Vengeance occupies a prime spot in any complete Ghost Rider Toy Biz collection. The oversized scale, glow-in-the-dark Flame Glow elements, and striking package graphics make it an eye-catching display piece, equally at home in a dedicated 90s Marvel showcase or a Spirits of Vengeance comic-themed display.

Every review here is Judge.me–verified — no cherry-picking, no edits. Just collectors who got their figures mint instead of mangled, and came back to say so.
Jays is my first stop in collecting. I preorder things through Walmart, Amazon, Hasbro Pulse, etc., but Jays always seem to get the items and either meet or beat the other companies pricing. I always end up cancelling my pre-orders and going with Jays. Better selection, price and MUCH MUCH better shipping quality. You can't even compare anyone else's shipping and packing to Jays. And that's why Jay's blows them all out of the water.
Great fast shipping, packaging with care. I am definitely buying from Jay's again! Such peace of mind knowing my items will arrive minty. 5 stars!
Perfect and careful packaging, shipped super quick. Thank you, will definitely be following the store!
Didn't pull any punches in item description. Came extremely fast and well packed. Extremely happy being a first time buyer! Thank you.
I've been buying from Jay's for a while now and I am never disappointed with the experience. Prices that can't be beat, easy PayPal option, and lots of bubble wrap surrounding the products. The fact that they go out of their way to make consumers happy keeps me coming back.
This is my 3rd or 4th time I have ordered from Jay's. The orders are always correct and arrive pretty quick and packaged extremely well. Best in the industry.

30 days to decide if it’s true love. Not happy? Full refund to your original payment method. Damaged? We replace or refund fast. Just keep items in the condition you got them, and we’ll make it right — because the only drama in collecting should be choosing a display pose. One exception: trading card game product is final sale, since a sealed box can’t be verified once it leaves our hands.

In-stock ships now; pre-orders ship together once the last one lands, and shipping’s charged on each leg (pro tip: check ship dates before combining pre-orders). Dates can shift — we’ll keep you posted faster than Spider-Man slings webs. And if we ever can’t deliver (rare), you’re not charged a dime.
