NBA McFarlane's SportsPicks Legends Series Boston Celtics Larry Bird 6-Inch Action Figure
For collectors who lived through the Bird-Magic era or simply revere the greatest small forwards in NBA history, McFarlane's SportsPicks Legends Series delivers a figure worthy of the legend. Larry Bird's career — three championships, three consecutive MVP awards, twelve All-Star selections, and a Hall of Fame induction — defined Boston Celtics basketball through the 1980s, and this 6-inch, 1:12 scale release captures that legacy with the sculptural precision McFarlane Toys is renowned for. It's an essential piece for any serious NBA collectibles display.
This figure arrives factory sealed on its original Legends Series blister card, completely unopened and in pristine collector condition. Bird is sculpted in his iconic green Boston Celtics road uniform, number 33 on the chest and BIRD across the back, right down to the striped tube socks and black court shoes. Multiple articulation points across the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, and knees allow everything from a dribbling stance to a shooting pose — the images here show the full range, including a convincing jump-shot setup. The set includes a magnetic NBA basketball that locks securely into the figure's hand, plus a circular NBA logo display base for a clean, shelf-ready presentation.
Every unit sold at Jay's Toys is sourced through official McFarlane Toys distribution channels, guaranteeing you're receiving a fully licensed NBA product — not a third-party replica. We inspect packaging integrity before dispatch, and our returns policy covers any item that arrives in a condition not as described. If you're building out a Legends Series run alongside Magic Johnson, Kareem, or other NBA greats, this Bird figure is a cornerstone piece. In stock now and shipping same day.

Every review here is Judge.me–verified — no cherry-picking, no edits. Just collectors who got their figures mint instead of mangled, and came back to say so.
Jays is my first stop in collecting. I preorder things through Walmart, Amazon, Hasbro Pulse, etc., but Jays always seem to get the items and either meet or beat the other companies pricing. I always end up cancelling my pre-orders and going with Jays. Better selection, price and MUCH MUCH better shipping quality. You can't even compare anyone else's shipping and packing to Jays. And that's why Jay's blows them all out of the water.
Great fast shipping, packaging with care. I am definitely buying from Jay's again! Such peace of mind knowing my items will arrive minty. 5 stars!
Perfect and careful packaging, shipped super quick. Thank you, will definitely be following the store!
Didn't pull any punches in item description. Came extremely fast and well packed. Extremely happy being a first time buyer! Thank you.
I've been buying from Jay's for a while now and I am never disappointed with the experience. Prices that can't be beat, easy PayPal option, and lots of bubble wrap surrounding the products. The fact that they go out of their way to make consumers happy keeps me coming back.
This is my 3rd or 4th time I have ordered from Jay's. The orders are always correct and arrive pretty quick and packaged extremely well. Best in the industry.

Most in-stock orders placed before 12 PM CST ship the same day. We’re label-printing, box-packing machines — without skimping on quality. Your tracking number will probably show up before you’ve even closed the tab.
Every item gets collector-grade treatment: bubble wrap, proper padding, and zero envelope crimes. We pack like your grail’s riding shotgun with us — damage rate is under 1%.
Yep. We’ve been hunting plastic treasures since the ‘90s. We speak fluent collector (MOC, BAF, grail hunting), we’ve camped outside stores for midnight releases, and we run this place like the shop we always wished existed. Professional enablers at your service. 😎
30 days to decide if it’s true love. Not happy? Full refund to your original payment method. Damaged? We replace or refund fast. Just keep items in the condition you got them, and we’ll make it right — because the only drama in collecting should be choosing a display pose. One exception: trading card game product is final sale, since a sealed box can’t be verified once it leaves our hands.
Calling dibs costs you $0 today — we only charge your card when it ships. No awkward “I paid months ago” limbo. Mixing in-stock + pre-orders? In-stock ships now; pre-orders ship together once the last one lands, and shipping’s charged on each leg (pro tip: check ship dates before combining pre-orders). Dates can shift — we’ll keep you posted faster than Spider-Man slings webs. And if we ever can’t deliver (rare), you’re not charged a dime.
