For prequel-era completists and Mandalorian-armor collectors, this is the one that started it all. Released in late 2001 — roughly six months before Attack of the Clones hit theaters — the Sneak Preview wave was Hasbro's first retail introduction of Jango Fett in 3.75-inch form. It occupies a genuinely transitional moment in Star Wars collecting: the green-burst Power of the Jedi aesthetic meets early Episode II branding, a combination that never appeared again. As the very first mass-market plastic Jango, this card is a milestone piece that no POTJ/AOTC collection is complete without.
This example is vintage and remains on its original card. The green-burst cardback carries the dual "Attack of the Clones / Sneak Preview" front bubble insert label, and the distinctive large wraparound blister houses Jango in his Mandalorian armor alongside dual blasters and a missile accessory. The cardback lists all four Sneak Preview wave figures — Zam Wesell, Jango Fett, Clone Trooper, and R3-T7 — under the "Collect Them All" banner, with Part No. 6117520100, C-060A and the ©2001 Lucasfilm Ltd. / ©2001 Hasbro, Pawtucket RI copyright line. Upon assessment, the card displays well: the bubble retains good clarity with no significant yellowing or cracking, and the cardback shows age-appropriate handling consistent with a 20-plus-year-old piece.
Jay's Toys sources authentic Hasbro product, and this figure has been inspected in-house before listing. Mint-on-card survivors from this wave are increasingly scarce — the large wraparound blister is notoriously fragile with age, and most copies were opened at release. Returns are accepted; please contact us within 30 days of receipt. A rare opportunity to own a piece of Star Wars collecting history.
