Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x G.I. Joe Donatello as Dial-Tone Action Figure
When two of the most beloved action figure franchises of the '80s and '90s collide, the result is exactly the kind of mashup collectors have dreamed about. The TMNT x G.I. Joe line merges Turtle attitude with Joe military precision, and Donatello stepping into the Dial-Tone role is a perfect pairing — the team's resident tech genius channeling G.I. Joe's master communicator. This figure is a must-have for fans of either property and a centrepiece of the "Real Reptilian Heroes" wave alongside Snake Eyes Leo, Shipwreck Mikey, and Roadblock Raph.
This is a factory sealed example in mint condition. At 4.5 inches, the figure delivers 23 points of articulation — enough to hold a convincing kneeling tactical pose or a full staff-raised battle stance. Sculpting blends Donnie's signature purple mask and grinning turtle face with Dial-Tone's communications-specialist gear: the steel shell-pack (a shell-shaped backpack unit crammed with moulded tech detail) and the anti-sewer-scramblin' staff, a bo staff reworked with a claw tip and segmented grip. The "D" buckle belt, chest grenades, tac vest, and knee pads all reinforce the G.I. Joe aesthetic without losing an ounce of turtle personality. A TMNT x GI Joe tattoo detail is visible on the upper arm.
Sourced directly from Playmates Toys and verified factory sealed, this figure ships in its original retail packaging — ideal for display or play. Jay's Toys carries the full TMNT x G.I. Joe assortment, including villain-side figures like Cobra Commander Shredder and Destro Krang. Purchases are covered by our standard return policy. In stock now — order today for same-day dispatch.

Jays is my first stop in collecting. I preorder things through Walmart, Amazon, Hasbro Pulse, etc., but Jays always seem to get the items and either meet or beat the other companies pricing. I always end up cancelling my pre-orders and going with Jays. Better selection, price and MUCH MUCH better shipping quality. You can't even compare anyone else's shipping and packing to Jays. And that's why Jay's blows them all out of the water.
Great fast shipping, packaging with care. I am definitely buying from Jay's again! Such peace of mind knowing my items will arrive minty. 5 stars!
Perfect and careful packaging, shipped super quick. Thank you, will definitely be following the store!
Didn't pull any punches in item description. Came extremely fast and well packed. Extremely happy being a first time buyer! Thank you.
I've been buying from Jay's for a while now and I am never disappointed with the experience. Prices that can't be beat, easy PayPal option, and lots of bubble wrap surrounding the products. The fact that they go out of their way to make consumers happy keeps me coming back.
This is my 3rd or 4th time I have ordered from Jay's. The orders are always correct and arrive pretty quick and packaged extremely well. Best in the industry.

Most in-stock orders placed before 12 PM CST ship the same day. We’re label-printing, box-packing machines — without skimping on quality. Your tracking number will probably show up before you’ve even closed the tab.
Every item gets collector-grade treatment: bubble wrap, proper padding, and zero envelope crimes. We pack like your grail’s riding shotgun with us — damage rate is under 1%.
Yep. We’ve been hunting plastic treasures since the ‘90s. We speak fluent collector (MOC, BAF, grail hunting), we’ve camped outside stores for midnight releases, and we run this place like the shop we always wished existed. Professional enablers at your service. 😎
30 days to decide if it’s true love. Not happy? Full refund to your original payment method. Damaged? We replace or refund fast. Just keep items in the condition you got them, and we’ll make it right — because the only drama in collecting should be choosing a display pose. One exception: trading card game product is final sale, since a sealed box can’t be verified once it leaves our hands.
Calling dibs costs you $0 today — we only charge your card when it ships. No awkward “I paid months ago” limbo. Mixing in-stock + pre-orders? In-stock ships now; pre-orders ship together once the last one lands, and shipping’s charged on each leg (pro tip: check ship dates before combining pre-orders). Dates can shift — we’ll keep you posted faster than Spider-Man slings webs. And if we ever can’t deliver (rare), you’re not charged a dime.
