Phase 1 MCU completists take note: this 2011 Hasbro Avengers Movie Series Shield Launcher Captain America (#10, assortment 37479/36671) is one of the earliest 3.75-inch figures to fully commit to a screen-accurate cinematic sculpt, abandoning the comic-inspired designs that dominated small-scale Cap releases before it. Produced ahead of the watershed 2012 team-up film, it represents a genuine milestone in Marvel licensing history and remains a cornerstone of any serious early-MCU collection.
This example is vintage mint-on-card. Our team assessed it directly before listing: the hanger tip is creased and bent forward, and the plastic bubble presents with slight surface scuffing and scratching, while the cardback itself is structurally sound and all contents remain fully intact inside the bubble — the figure in its Avengers stealth suit, a hand shield, a pistol, and the signature shield launcher. The illustrated cardback's "Collect Them All" checklist cross-references Reaction Armor Iron Man Mark VI (#07), Fusion Armor Iron Man Mark VII (#11), and Cosmic Spear Loki (#12), giving strong set-completion context for wave builders.
