Westworld Dr. Robert Ford Action Figure – Walgreens Exclusive (2019 Diamond Select Toys)
Few prestige-TV properties ever made it to mass-retail action figures, and Diamond Select Toys' Westworld Select line stands as a genuinely rare chapter in licensed collectible history. Released during the height of HBO's cultural moment, this Dr. Robert Ford figure captures Anthony Hopkins' iconic portrayal of the enigmatic park creator — making it essential for Westworld set builders and Hopkins admirers alike. As one of only two Walgreens-exclusive releases in the entire DST Westworld lineup (alongside the Man in Black), Ford saw a constrained production run tied to brick-and-mortar availability. With the license ending after just two series, sealed examples have only grown harder to source.
This example is presented in its original black window box in vintage condition consistent with the 2019 era of release. The front displays the figure upright in a clear blister tray with circular accessory wings flanking each side; the top-right corner shows a slight wrinkle, and there are minor scuff marks on the front face and some scratching and discoloration along the bottom of the box — all noted transparently and visible in our photographs. The rear panel carries Ford's character bio, "Also Available" callouts for Outlaw Dolores, Dolores Abernathy, and the Man in Black, the Comic Shop Locator Service logo, and the Walgreens-exclusive SKU WW_WALGREENS1 — a key authenticity identifier. The figure is sculpted in Ford's signature dark vest-and-waistcoat attire with multiple points of articulation.
