Where the standard figure leans into the sewer-dwelling Penguin, the Deluxe edition captures Oswald Cobblepot at his most theatrically ambitious: campaigning for Mayor of Gotham City. The custom white satin vest, pinstriped trousers with functional stretch suspenders, and the dark-collared overcoat are all real fabric garments tailored to the 1:9 scale body, delivering a level of texture and drape that painted plastic simply cannot replicate. The tweed-pattern coat features a genuine brown velvet-like collar — a detail that holds up even under close inspection.

The head sculpt is a highlight of the entire DAH line. Rooted hair frames the bald crown authentically, and the skin texture and painted expression capture DeVito's distinctive pallor and menace without veering into caricature. At 18 points of articulation, the figure can be posed holding the umbrella skeleton aloft, tipping the black top hat, or gesturing theatrically toward an imagined Gotham crowd.
