DC Super Heroes Select Sculpt Series Clark Kent & Superman Action Figure (2006)
Bring home a piece of Superman history with this dual-identity figure from Mattel's Select Sculpt Series. Released in 2006, this unique carded offering captures the Man of Steel's iconic transformation with both Clark Kent in his civilian reporter attire and Superman in his classic heroic costume. The Select Sculpt line was designed to showcase premium sculpting and detailing, making these figures stand out among early 2000s DC collectibles.
Clark Kent is depicted in his signature outfit complete with suit, tie, and glasses—the perfect disguise for the world's greatest superhero. The Superman figure features his timeless red and blue costume with the legendary S-shield prominently displayed. Both figures are articulated for display and posing options, allowing collectors to recreate memorable moments from comics, films, and television.
This vintage carded figure remains in its original packaging, displaying the classic Mattel DC branding and Select Sculpt Series artwork. The box design showcases both identities side by side, emphasizing the duality that makes Superman such a compelling character. While the packaging shows honest wear consistent with nearly two decades of age—including a bent hanger with creasing near the right edge and light scuffing on the bubble—the figures themselves remain securely sealed and protected.
Perfect for Superman completists, DC collectors, or fans of early 2000s Mattel action figures, this dual-figure set represents an increasingly hard-to-find piece from a beloved era of superhero toys. Whether displayed carded to preserve its vintage appeal or opened to join your action figure adventures, this Clark Kent & Superman set delivers double the collecting value.

Every review here is Judge.me–verified — no cherry-picking, no edits. Just collectors who got their figures mint instead of mangled, and came back to say so.
Jays is my first stop in collecting. I preorder things through Walmart, Amazon, Hasbro Pulse, etc., but Jays always seem to get the items and either meet or beat the other companies pricing. I always end up cancelling my pre-orders and going with Jays. Better selection, price and MUCH MUCH better shipping quality. You can't even compare anyone else's shipping and packing to Jays. And that's why Jay's blows them all out of the water.
Great fast shipping, packaging with care. I am definitely buying from Jay's again! Such peace of mind knowing my items will arrive minty. 5 stars!
Perfect and careful packaging, shipped super quick. Thank you, will definitely be following the store!
Didn't pull any punches in item description. Came extremely fast and well packed. Extremely happy being a first time buyer! Thank you.
I've been buying from Jay's for a while now and I am never disappointed with the experience. Prices that can't be beat, easy PayPal option, and lots of bubble wrap surrounding the products. The fact that they go out of their way to make consumers happy keeps me coming back.
This is my 3rd or 4th time I have ordered from Jay's. The orders are always correct and arrive pretty quick and packaged extremely well. Best in the industry.

Yep. We’ve been hunting plastic treasures since the ‘90s. We speak fluent collector (MOC, BAF, grail hunting), we’ve camped outside stores for midnight releases, and we run this place like the shop we always wished existed. Professional enablers at your service. 😎
30 days to decide if it’s true love. Not happy? Full refund to your original payment method. Damaged? We replace or refund fast. Just keep items in the condition you got them, and we’ll make it right — because the only drama in collecting should be choosing a display pose. One exception: trading card game product is final sale, since a sealed box can’t be verified once it leaves our hands.
Calling dibs costs you $0 today — we only charge your card when it ships. No awkward “I paid months ago” limbo. Mixing in-stock + pre-orders? In-stock ships now; pre-orders ship together once the last one lands, and shipping’s charged on each leg (pro tip: check ship dates before combining pre-orders). Dates can shift — we’ll keep you posted faster than Spider-Man slings webs. And if we ever can’t deliver (rare), you’re not charged a dime.
