G.I. Joe 25th Anniversary Infantry Cobra Viper Action Figure (2007 Hasbro)
The Cobra Viper is the definitive army-builder of the Real American Hero era, and the 2007 G.I. Joe 25th Anniversary wave remains the most collectible modern carded iteration of the character. This was Hasbro's first serious pass at bringing improved articulation to the iconic 3.75-inch format while faithfully honouring the vintage aesthetic — making a mint-on-card example a dual-era artefact coveted by RAH completists and anniversary-line collectors alike. Unopened examples grow scarcer every year; most were cracked open during the original release window for army-building displays.
This example is presented on its original blister card. The foil "25th Anniversary 1982–2007" badge is vivid and the "Cobra Enemy!" roundel reads cleanly. The bubble shows no yellowing or separation, though our team has noted some dust and hair particles trapped behind the plastic near the top edge, and the top-right corner of the card carries a crease with a slight bend — both honestly assessed and reflected in the price. The card reverse features the full 24-figure checklist grid alongside the clip-and-save Cobra Viper file card (assortment nos. 63972/63403, P/N 6661933200).
