Yearly Army Builder Promotion Pack Figure 04 — 1/18 Scale Action Figure (JoyToy)
The JoyToy Army Builder Promotion Pack series quickly earned a dedicated following among 1:18-scale diorama builders and customizers for its rare combination of detail and accessibility. Figure 04 (item number JT4287) is part of the 2023 Yearly wave — a numbered roster that expanded to over 36 figures across multiple annual releases — making it a meaningful addition to any growing 1:18 military sci-fi collection. The line targets collectors who want army-building depth without the premium price of larger-scale releases, and earlier numbered figures from the same series have become increasingly difficult to source as production runs end.
This example is factory sealed, retaining its original clear cello shrink wrap around the tall rectangular black box (approx. 17.2 × 14 × 5 cm). The front panel features a full-art photograph of Figure 04 in a heavily armored sci-fi soldier loadout — plated leg armor, tactical chest rig, and a full helmet — with the "ARMY BUILDER PROMOTION PACK" header and "FIGURE 04" footer intact. The reverse panel repeats the format with a rear-view image showcasing the figure's backpack assembly and layered armor detailing. Constructed from ABS and PVC, the figure meets Chinese safety standard GB/T26701-2011 and is rated for collectors ages 17 and up.
Figure 04 slots naturally into 1:18-scale dioramas alongside other figures in the Yearly wave or JoyToy's broader military sci-fi lineup, and its design language — neutral-toned futuristic armor with tactical accessories — makes it equally useful as a display piece or customization base. The numbered format of the Army Builder series gives collectors a clear framework for completing squads wave by wave. With older pack figures growing harder to find, the 2023 Yearly entries represent a closing window for 1:18 completionists.

Every review here is Judge.me–verified — no cherry-picking, no edits. Just collectors who got their figures mint instead of mangled, and came back to say so.
Jays is my first stop in collecting. I preorder things through Walmart, Amazon, Hasbro Pulse, etc., but Jays always seem to get the items and either meet or beat the other companies pricing. I always end up cancelling my pre-orders and going with Jays. Better selection, price and MUCH MUCH better shipping quality. You can't even compare anyone else's shipping and packing to Jays. And that's why Jay's blows them all out of the water.
Great fast shipping, packaging with care. I am definitely buying from Jay's again! Such peace of mind knowing my items will arrive minty. 5 stars!
Perfect and careful packaging, shipped super quick. Thank you, will definitely be following the store!
Didn't pull any punches in item description. Came extremely fast and well packed. Extremely happy being a first time buyer! Thank you.
I've been buying from Jay's for a while now and I am never disappointed with the experience. Prices that can't be beat, easy PayPal option, and lots of bubble wrap surrounding the products. The fact that they go out of their way to make consumers happy keeps me coming back.
This is my 3rd or 4th time I have ordered from Jay's. The orders are always correct and arrive pretty quick and packaged extremely well. Best in the industry.

Yep. We’ve been hunting plastic treasures since the ‘90s. We speak fluent collector (MOC, BAF, grail hunting), we’ve camped outside stores for midnight releases, and we run this place like the shop we always wished existed. Professional enablers at your service. 😎
30 days to decide if it’s true love. Not happy? Full refund to your original payment method. Damaged? We replace or refund fast. Just keep items in the condition you got them, and we’ll make it right — because the only drama in collecting should be choosing a display pose. One exception: trading card game product is final sale, since a sealed box can’t be verified once it leaves our hands.
Calling dibs costs you $0 today — we only charge your card when it ships. No awkward “I paid months ago” limbo. Mixing in-stock + pre-orders? In-stock ships now; pre-orders ship together once the last one lands, and shipping’s charged on each leg (pro tip: check ship dates before combining pre-orders). Dates can shift — we’ll keep you posted faster than Spider-Man slings webs. And if we ever can’t deliver (rare), you’re not charged a dime.
