Jay's Grade — our honest in-house call, not third-party slabbed.
For collectors who grew up with the original 1980s–90s animated series and Playmates toyline, Krang in JoyToy's premium 1/18-scale TMNT line is a long-awaited arrival. Wave 4 marks the line's first dedicated entry for the iconic android-body villain — a character whose grotesque charm defined countless Saturday mornings — and the reception from the adult-collector community has been enthusiastic across the board.
This example is factory sealed in its original black box packaging, shrink wrap intact, with a clear front blister window that puts the android body front and center. The translucent torso chest cavity reveals the Krang brain figure nestled inside, and the tray also displays the separately removable Krang brain with tentacles alongside additional accessory parts. The rear panel shows four dynamic pose renders, product ID JT00881, and full Viacom/Nickelodeon licensing details. Released alongside Slash and Tokka, Wave 4 is widely considered a high point in the JoyToy TMNT run, bringing the most recognizable villain pairing in the franchise into a single wave.
Built from ABS and PVC, the android body features the multi-point articulation JoyToy's 1/18 line is known for, scaled to display seamlessly with the core Turtles from earlier waves. The figure is rated for collectors 15 and up — a clear signal of its premium adult-collectible intent rather than a play-pattern toy. Whether displayed sealed or opened for posing, this is a centerpiece addition to any serious TMNT shelf.

Every order inspected and packed for the shelf — because we collect this stuff too.

Not what was described? We make it right. No arguments, no hassle.
Every review here is Judge.me–verified — no cherry-picking, no edits. Just collectors who got their figures mint instead of mangled, and came back to say so.
Jays is my first stop in collecting. I preorder things through Walmart, Amazon, Hasbro Pulse, etc., but Jays always seem to get the items and either meet or beat the other companies pricing. I always end up cancelling my pre-orders and going with Jays. Better selection, price and MUCH MUCH better shipping quality. You can't even compare anyone else's shipping and packing to Jays. And that's why Jay's blows them all out of the water.
Great fast shipping, packaging with care. I am definitely buying from Jay's again! Such peace of mind knowing my items will arrive minty. 5 stars!
Perfect and careful packaging, shipped super quick. Thank you, will definitely be following the store!
Didn't pull any punches in item description. Came extremely fast and well packed. Extremely happy being a first time buyer! Thank you.
I've been buying from Jay's for a while now and I am never disappointed with the experience. Prices that can't be beat, easy PayPal option, and lots of bubble wrap surrounding the products. The fact that they go out of their way to make consumers happy keeps me coming back.
This is my 3rd or 4th time I have ordered from Jay's. The orders are always correct and arrive pretty quick and packaged extremely well. Best in the industry.

Most in-stock orders placed before 12 PM CST ship the same day. We’re label-printing, box-packing machines — without skimping on quality. Your tracking number will probably show up before you’ve even closed the tab.
Every item gets collector-grade treatment: bubble wrap, proper padding, and zero envelope crimes. We pack like your grail’s riding shotgun with us — damage rate is under 1%.
Yep. We’ve been hunting plastic treasures since the ‘90s. We speak fluent collector (MOC, BAF, grail hunting), we’ve camped outside stores for midnight releases, and we run this place like the shop we always wished existed. Professional enablers at your service. 😎
30 days to decide if it’s true love. Not happy? Full refund to your original payment method. Damaged? We replace or refund fast. Just keep items in the condition you got them, and we’ll make it right — because the only drama in collecting should be choosing a display pose. One exception: trading card game product is final sale, since a sealed box can’t be verified once it leaves our hands.
Calling dibs costs you $0 today — we only charge your card when it ships. No awkward “I paid months ago” limbo. Mixing in-stock + pre-orders? In-stock ships now; pre-orders ship together once the last one lands, and shipping’s charged on each leg (pro tip: check ship dates before combining pre-orders). Dates can shift — we’ll keep you posted faster than Spider-Man slings webs. And if we ever can’t deliver (rare), you’re not charged a dime.
