Few X-Men '97 releases capture a specific animated moment quite like this Hasbro Pulse Fan Channel exclusive two-pack. Tied directly to the Disney+ revival of the beloved 1990s X-Men: The Animated Series, the set immortalizes Gambit and Rogue in their basketball episode outfits — a detail-oriented novelty that rewards fans who know the show well. Alongside the Wolverine & Storm and Cyclops & Jean Grey two-packs, it rounds out Hasbro's X-Men '97 animated-series wave and stands as one of the more episode-specific releases in the modern Marvel Legends line.
Both figures are presented in a large window box with bold yellow and red X-Men '97 animated branding and a black top panel. The front window displays both figures alongside their accessories, while the yellow-field cardback features rendered character artwork and an "Also Look For" callout panel. Gambit uses an athletic-style buck with blue shorts, fingerless gloves, and a red cap; he comes with a basketball and multiple interchangeable hands, including splayed charging-effect hands. Rogue features a newly tooled head sculpt with her signature auburn-and-white hair, dressed in her yellow-and-green basketball-adjacent costume, and includes multiple swap-out hands.
