Sy-Klone has been a MOTU fan-favourite since his original 1985 debut, and his long-awaited Masterverse arrival in Wave 13 was one of the most anticipated entries in the New Eternia sub-line. Where previous incarnations leaned into bright primary colours, this New Eternia redesign leans darker and more dramatic — a post-apocalyptic Eternia aesthetic that repositions the Heroic Fist-Flinging Tornado as a battle-hardened storm herald rather than a colourful sidekick. Collectors who have tracked Sy-Klone across the vintage original and the 2002 200x release will find this version a compelling evolution of the character.
The figure arrives in Mattel's large window-box format, with sweeping cosmos-themed artwork across every panel and "SY-KLONE" printed vertically on the right spine — a sharp display piece even before it's opened. Inside, the approximately 7-inch figure features 30 points of articulation and comes equipped with his signature translucent golden disc shield and a chest radar torso detail that nods directly to the vintage figure.
