TMNT Mighty Rocksteady 1/18 Scale Action Figure (JT03394) (2026 JoyToy)
Few figures in JoyToy's acclaimed 1/18-scale TMNT line have generated as much collector buzz as Mighty Rocksteady. Reimagining the classic villain with heavy sci-fi armor plating, this release pushes the boundary of what's possible at the 1/18 scale — delivering layered metallic detailing, multi-point articulation, and a premium adult-collectible presentation aimed squarely at serious TMNT fans. Community speculation that Mighty Rocksteady and its companion Super Bebop may represent the final entries in JoyToy's TMNT license run has only intensified demand, making this one of the most sought-after releases in the line.
This example is factory sealed in its original black window-box packaging, shrink wrap intact and undisturbed. The clear front window displays the armored figure alongside a full complement of interchangeable hands and accessories in their tray, exactly as shipped. The striking black box features the Nickelodeon TMNT logo in red and green, the JoyToy badge in gold, and detailed rendered artwork of the armored Rocksteady on the front panel. Materials are ABS, PVC, and POM — the same premium construction used across the JoyToy lineup — rated for collectors ages 15 and up.
Mighty Rocksteady pairs naturally with Super Bebop to complete JoyToy's villain duo at 1/18 scale, and its sci-fi armor aesthetic sets it apart from every prior Rocksteady release in the hobby. The intricate surface detailing — visible even through the window packaging — rewards display as much as posing, making this an equally strong choice for shelf collectors and those who prefer to open and pose. At a scale that fits alongside other premium 1/18 lines, this is a standout piece for any dedicated TMNT or JoyToy collection.

Every review here is Judge.me–verified — no cherry-picking, no edits. Just collectors who got their figures mint instead of mangled, and came back to say so.
Jays is my first stop in collecting. I preorder things through Walmart, Amazon, Hasbro Pulse, etc., but Jays always seem to get the items and either meet or beat the other companies pricing. I always end up cancelling my pre-orders and going with Jays. Better selection, price and MUCH MUCH better shipping quality. You can't even compare anyone else's shipping and packing to Jays. And that's why Jay's blows them all out of the water.
Great fast shipping, packaging with care. I am definitely buying from Jay's again! Such peace of mind knowing my items will arrive minty. 5 stars!
Perfect and careful packaging, shipped super quick. Thank you, will definitely be following the store!
Didn't pull any punches in item description. Came extremely fast and well packed. Extremely happy being a first time buyer! Thank you.
I've been buying from Jay's for a while now and I am never disappointed with the experience. Prices that can't be beat, easy PayPal option, and lots of bubble wrap surrounding the products. The fact that they go out of their way to make consumers happy keeps me coming back.
This is my 3rd or 4th time I have ordered from Jay's. The orders are always correct and arrive pretty quick and packaged extremely well. Best in the industry.

Yep. We’ve been hunting plastic treasures since the ‘90s. We speak fluent collector (MOC, BAF, grail hunting), we’ve camped outside stores for midnight releases, and we run this place like the shop we always wished existed. Professional enablers at your service. 😎
30 days to decide if it’s true love. Not happy? Full refund to your original payment method. Damaged? We replace or refund fast. Just keep items in the condition you got them, and we’ll make it right — because the only drama in collecting should be choosing a display pose. One exception: trading card game product is final sale, since a sealed box can’t be verified once it leaves our hands.
Calling dibs costs you $0 today — we only charge your card when it ships. No awkward “I paid months ago” limbo. Mixing in-stock + pre-orders? In-stock ships now; pre-orders ship together once the last one lands, and shipping’s charged on each leg (pro tip: check ship dates before combining pre-orders). Dates can shift — we’ll keep you posted faster than Spider-Man slings webs. And if we ever can’t deliver (rare), you’re not charged a dime.
