Jay's Grade — our honest in-house call, not third-party slabbed.
When JoyToy launched its Nickelodeon-licensed TMNT line in 2024, it set a new benchmark for hyper-articulated 1/18 scale collectibles — and Raphael is the standout entry for fans of the franchise's most aggressive turtle. Positioned squarely as an adult collectible (ages 15+), this release brought a level of weapons detail and accessories depth to the small scale that few competitors had attempted, quickly earning a reputation among completionists as one of the best 1/18 TMNT figures on the market.
This example is factory sealed in its original black box packaging with red blister tray, presenting in excellent sealed condition. The clear formed accessory trays to the right of the figure display Raphael's twin sais with effect parts, plus his character-specific skateboard — all visible through the window without opening. The rear panel confirms Product ID No. JT7097, ABS PVC construction, and official Nickelodeon licensing under © 2024 Viacom Overseas Holdings C.V. The bold illustrated rear panel showcases the figure across multiple dynamic poses, highlighting the line's impressive articulation range at this compact scale.
JoyToy's 1/18 TMNT line expanded rapidly across multiple waves covering the core Turtle brothers and major villains, making Raphael an essential anchor piece for anyone building the full roster. The pizza slice accessory and effects parts for the sais elevate display versatility well beyond what collectors typically expect at this scale. Whether posed mid-battle on the skateboard or standing with sais crossed, this figure delivers strong shelf presence for TMNT enthusiasts and 1/18 scale collectors alike.

Every review here is Judge.me–verified — no cherry-picking, no edits. Just collectors who got their figures mint instead of mangled, and came back to say so.
Jays is my first stop in collecting. I preorder things through Walmart, Amazon, Hasbro Pulse, etc., but Jays always seem to get the items and either meet or beat the other companies pricing. I always end up cancelling my pre-orders and going with Jays. Better selection, price and MUCH MUCH better shipping quality. You can't even compare anyone else's shipping and packing to Jays. And that's why Jay's blows them all out of the water.
Great fast shipping, packaging with care. I am definitely buying from Jay's again! Such peace of mind knowing my items will arrive minty. 5 stars!
Perfect and careful packaging, shipped super quick. Thank you, will definitely be following the store!
Didn't pull any punches in item description. Came extremely fast and well packed. Extremely happy being a first time buyer! Thank you.
I've been buying from Jay's for a while now and I am never disappointed with the experience. Prices that can't be beat, easy PayPal option, and lots of bubble wrap surrounding the products. The fact that they go out of their way to make consumers happy keeps me coming back.
This is my 3rd or 4th time I have ordered from Jay's. The orders are always correct and arrive pretty quick and packaged extremely well. Best in the industry.

Yep. We’ve been hunting plastic treasures since the ‘90s. We speak fluent collector (MOC, BAF, grail hunting), we’ve camped outside stores for midnight releases, and we run this place like the shop we always wished existed. Professional enablers at your service. 😎
30 days to decide if it’s true love. Not happy? Full refund to your original payment method. Damaged? We replace or refund fast. Just keep items in the condition you got them, and we’ll make it right — because the only drama in collecting should be choosing a display pose. One exception: trading card game product is final sale, since a sealed box can’t be verified once it leaves our hands.
Calling dibs costs you $0 today — we only charge your card when it ships. No awkward “I paid months ago” limbo. Mixing in-stock + pre-orders? In-stock ships now; pre-orders ship together once the last one lands, and shipping’s charged on each leg (pro tip: check ship dates before combining pre-orders). Dates can shift — we’ll keep you posted faster than Spider-Man slings webs. And if we ever can’t deliver (rare), you’re not charged a dime.
