Released circa 2019–2020 under JoyToy's Dark Source sub-line tied to the Zmanga anime IP, TieZha (铁渣) is one of three core characters in the 末世觉醒 (Last Awakening) series — alongside Luo Ning and Ma San — making this figure a key piece for Dark Source completionists. Produced before JoyToy gained widespread Western recognition through its Warhammer 40K licensing, the Dark Source line represents an early and increasingly scarce chapter in the brand's original IP output, and TieZha's tactical, heavily patched-vest design has made him a standout among the trio.
The figure arrives factory sealed in its original shrink-wrap, encased in a rigid dark matte box — a departure from traditional blister cards that gives this release a premium presentation. The full-art front panel displays striking character artwork alongside the Chinese title 末世觉醒 and character name 铁渣 in bold type. The bottom spine carries the JoyToy and Oriental Creative Color / 天工藝彩 co-branding. Item number JT0494, manufactured in Dongguan, Guangdong, to ABS/PVC construction per standard GB/T 26701-2011.
